Eligibility for Returns:
1. Return Window: You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original
condition with tags attached.
3. Exclusions: Custom orders, sale items, and items marked as final sale
cannot be returned.
4. Reasons for Return:
a) Delivered product is damaged (i.e. physically destroyed or broken)
/defective/stained
b) Delivered product is incomplete (i.e. has missing items and/or accessories).
c) Delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/colour, fake item, or
expired)
How to Return/Refund:
1. Return/Exchange Form: Fill out the Return Form provided on the website. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.Our team will get in touch with you
2. Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions for returning the item. You’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Processing: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
Exchanges:
- If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and specify the new item you’d like when you contact us.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
