Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. During new collection launches, promotional periods, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping
An order confirmation email will be sent once your purchase has been successfully placed. For orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), payment must be completed upon delivery before the package is opened.
We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where applicable) to monitor your delivery.
Please note that during promotional events, sales, and discount periods, order processing and delivery may take up to 10–12 business days due to increased demand.

Other Cities: 7–10 business days

Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.
Enjoy complimentary nationwide delivery on orders of PKR 20,000 and above. A standard delivery fee of PKR 249 applies to all other orders. Complimentary shipping is not applicable on orders placed during promotional periods.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable customs or import charges must be paid before your order can be released by customs and delivered to you.
